The D.A.S. RF-10 is a 2-way vented loudspeaker system designed for applications covering speech reinforcement, program reproduction and live music productions.
The low end utilizes a high efficiency 10" low frequency speaker with 3" voice coil.
The high end makes use of a 1" exit compression driver with 2" titanium diaphragm, coupled to a constant directivity horn.
The enclosure is manufactured from Wisa® Birch plywood and is finished with a durable polyurethane paint that provides protection against the elements and abrasion. The trapezoidal enclosure has 10 degree side angles for easier arraying.
The unit has a fabric covered steel grille to protect the loudspeaker components. The covering is resistant to wear and tear, provides protection from dust and dirt, and is both acoustically transparent and flame retardant.
Rigging can be accomplished by means of 2-stud rigging track fittings located on the back and sides of the enclosure. An integral 35 mm tripod socket is also provided.
